Michel founded Waldencast 2 years ago and has more than 25 years of FMCG operational expertise, successfully building billion-dollar brands and businesses across many geographies first at Procter & Gamble and then at L’Oréal, where he was CEO of L’Oréal UK and later President of the Consumer Product Division for North America.
Hind has 20 years of experience solely dedicated to beauty, spent building brands across all beauty categories at Procter & Gamble and then L’Oréal where she had various marketing and general management positions in iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline and Redken. Hind is also the founder of Whind, a new beauty and lifestyle brand developed as part of Waldencast Brands.
Felipe served as the Chief Financial and Technology Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2005 to 2020 and played a key role in building AB InBev from a regional Brazilian brewer into the world’s largest brewer and a top five global consumer goods company with a market cap of $155 billion. He served as Board Director of Grupo Modelo, Budweiser APAC, and AMBEV.
Philippe has 30 years of experience in the finance and operations areas of prestigious global consumer companies. Most recently, Mr. Gautier served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Selecta – a KKR portfolio company. Prior to this, he spent five years as Group Chief Financial Officer and Operations, for SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac). In addition, for more than a decade, Mr. Gautier served as Chief Financial Officer of major brands at Kering, including Sergio Rossi and Puma, working in Italy and in the United States.

Cristiano joined Dynamo in 1994 in Brazil and is now based in the U.K. to focus on the investment advisory of the Dynamo Fund.

He is an investor in multiple beauty and tech businesses and a Non-Executive Director of Digital Jersey. He is also an active member of Cosmetic Executive Women, Founders Forum and Founders Pledge and an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women.
Director at Waldecast plc and serves as Chairman and CEO of Obagi China. Prior to Waldencast, Simon was the Chairman of Obagi Global Hodling. He led several investments in the healthcare space, including Obagi (acquired from Bausch Health) and Presbia (co-invested with Orchard Capital). Previously, Simon focused on impact investing at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where he was a Liaison Officer based in Ethiopia. He also co-founded Oxford MEStar, a spin-out company from the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of Oxford University specializing in translational and regenerative medicine. Simon received a BA in Sociology from Manchester University. MSc. In Financing from London School of Economics, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
